Shipping within Australia will be by Australia Post. at current postage rates. In most cases we will ship via Australia Post to overseas destinations with the one exception being coins which will be sent by UPS or an equivalent courier. Australia Post will not allow coins to be sent to overseas destinations and they will not register or insure them on international routes. If you would like your order sent by courier within Australia then we will be happy to arange that. Also please note that coins and stamps valued at over $100.00 will be sent by Registered/Insured mail within Australia.
Please note: When paying by crediit card or Paypal we do require your actual home address as well as the delivery address. Your phone number would also be a help. This is to safeguard us both against credit card fraud and is required by our bank. Thank you for helping us keep online shopping as safe as possible
Please note that the postage is calculated with an Australia Post Calculator and may be incorrect. We will always adjust this when it happens and if it's more then we will email you before payment. A $2 handling fee applies to all orders

Please choose wisely as we do not normally give a refund if you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. We do however offer either a refund, credit or exchange if the item is faulty or not as described

Credit Card Payments - If you have chosen Credit Card then your order will be dispatched, usually on the day of ordering.

Bank Deposit: - Usually with bank deposit it will take a couple of days to appear on our statement. Please note that this option is available only within Australia. Our bank details are as follow. BSB. -(Branch) 633 000 A/C No: 136539046.

PayPal: - Please note that a 4% surcharge applies to Paypal payments and all PayPal orders will be sent by registered mail
