How to use
- lightly moisten the short end of the hinge and allow to dry slightly
- Attach to the top of the back of the stamp immediately below the perforations
- Lightly moisten the lower third of the hinge and mount on the album page.
- Do not remove the hinge before it is completely dry
- The key to being able to peel them off the stamp is to lightly moisten
