    The reverse features Goulburn Weir in Victoria, framed by intricate design, with "HALF SOVEREIGN' as wallpaper in the background.

    James Kell was the Governor of the Commonwealth Bank from 10/10/1924 to the 31/05/1927 and James Heathershaw was Secretary to the Treasury from 03/08/1932
